Perfect comfortable hotel in Old Town

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable modern hotel in excellent location in old town Chiang Mai. It was a perfect place for our family of 3. Staff was kind, helpful and welcoming. We felt very relaxed and happy there. Comfy beds with nice linens.

Great location within the Old Town area. Great service from staff at a personal level. Snacks and drinks provided was a great plus. Easy 24hr assess to hotel. Very pleasant feel. No 24hr staff at reception but can be reached through via text or call.

Always in the right choice

The hotel is centrally located. We had a great time, so much so that we stayed for 10 nights. It is a basic hotel, but nothing is missing. The breakfast is not as rich as that of the big hotels, but there is a nice variety of products available for breakfast (plenty of bottled water, bottled iced tea, cardboard milk, croissants and many soluble products), mangoes, boiling water, instant noodles. We never had to buy water.
The rooms are large and bright and are cleaned on request (we had them cleaned every 2 days). The owner is then very nice and helpful. There is a nice terrace on the top floor from which you can enjoy a beautiful view and wonderful sunsets. It is the second year we return to this facility, and certainly not the last.

Location is good for access to the old city but it is opposite a school and noisy, due to the loud speakers used in the school. Also, there is a muay thai gym next door which is also sometimes noisy...not to mention the street noise and the Sunday street market outside the hotel..Staff are friendly but work in the gym next door so are not always available.
