Staff is not trained to take care of customers. The view from the roof top restaurant bar and restaurant is amazing but you cant relay only on that to win continued business. Service is subpar and food just okay.
The last thing that was super disappointing was the breakfast. We went at 8am so pretty early and almost everything was cold. Choices are limited. We should have not paid for the breakfast and eating on the streets. We were in an out in 10 mins. We decided to grab coffee on the way to Chiang Mai.

We stayed 3 nights there.

Unfriendly staff at breakfast
They had no more tea (were only bags anyway) I asked then it was.. sorry we have no tea.
I went to the reception and the young man took care of it and we generously got 2 bags.
Then bought tea and yogurt and mango and sausage for the next few days at 7/11.
The next morning we had to listen to the staff.. that there is enough tea and that in a tone..
We travelled to 14 hotels this holiday but that was the worst.
No slippers, no bathrobe, I had to get the cleaning girl because it was so dirty on the sink..after her room cleaning.. she then got a brush and tata actually it got clean.
By the pool full 4 loungers.
On the last evening a bus with French arrived and only the bus was allowed on the roof terrace..
It rained here and there is little roof on the roof terrace.
You had to wait if you wanted a place at breakfast.
This hotel is not worth 30€.

The only downside - the bathroom smelled of drains.
