Very clean property and all the stuff is very nice and polite. Breakfast options limited and just avarage quality. However, overall, excellent cozy place to stay in Bangkok. Walking distance to many touristy places to visit.

Difficult to sleep with windowless rooms (wooden shutters only) very sound

No info indicating that the rooms on the ground floor were windowless , just wooden shutters so very sound and room in the dark all day. ( 5 nights is a long time ). The bed is comfortable, summary equipment but sufficient. Very nice staff, the decent breakfast served in a garden. It is better to take the superior rooms upstairs if you want to sleep

I stayed 2 nights in Room 303 on the 3rd floor.
The room was clean, but the Wi-Fi was very bad. I couldn’t work online. They have many Wi-Fi networks, but none worked.
The window looked into another property, and the room was not like the pictures with nice view.
I’m glad I only stayed 2 nights. I moved to another hotel. I will not come back.

I LOVE THEIR ORCHID ROOM!!! *See photos for details. Staff are also very accommodating too and really helpful!!! I highly recommend this property 🙌🙌👌👌

Our stay was pleasant overall. We got the basic room and the cleanliness was just okay, but the standout was the staff—they were so kind and welcoming! They cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, which made our mornings special. Good service!
