Small but Good place to stay
They also have a really good shower, comfy bed.
Temporary stay in hostel due to my apartment I used to stay was in renovation.

Good value for money
Around 3 mins walk to Phra Khanong BTS station
Near a small community mall (Summer Hill)
Plenty of street food located across the road from Summer Hill FamilyMart directly opposite (but no pedestrian crossing, you'll have to walk to the BTS station for that) Quiet
Clean room (although a bit sterile looking)
Friendly staff

No elevator
Only Thai TV channels available

Good location
It's like an apartment in good location. Nearby sky train, many restaurants, and few other famous areas close by.
They don't have lift in the building and no one there to help you with luggage. So you need to take care of it all yourself.
Room rate doesn't include any breakfast and that's also not available.
If you are looking for a budget option in Sukhumvit with basic amenities try staying here.
WiFi connection in room was very
weak.
However, location was not that appealing for me. Area became little lazy after 9 PM. I felt so....
