Location Location Location, we could walk to everything we wanted to do for our short stay. And bonus points for the excellent food options near to hotel. Bed was firm but comfortable, street was quiet. Room was very small which is why I rated it a 4/5 not a 5. So glad a choose Phra Nakhon Postel.

The hotel is clean, large and conveniently located. Easy to find.
The surrounding area may not be very nice but we did not feel unsafe walking to the Grand Palace or pier to get the boat.
The reception is friendly and come out to greet you, offer to help with luggage and see you off when you leave - a very personal touch, thank you.
I would easily stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Nice clean hotel, good customer service. Can ask for more bottled water. Corridor noise passed into room quite easily

The hotel is very well located for all central major tourist destinations. You can easily reach the palace, the big temples and the backpacker area. At the same time the hotel is in a reasonably quiet street that is not overrun by tourists. Reception staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was smallish, but very modern and facilities were good. I would come again.

An excellent, brand-new hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring.
