Decent stay, good location

This place is about $18-$20 a night, so services are according to the price. The room size is a bit small, it has an attached bathroom though. The best thing is that its just 1 km away from Ekkamai BTS station, so its easier to go around the city. All in all, a good place if you are looking for a budget hotel.

The services are really bad. We have to pay first in hotel.com and after we checkout they keep asking money from us and their attitude is really bad and rude and so impatient and the English communication is so poor. I will never recommend this place.

Cheap stay with some problems

The main problem (room B105) was the toilet which is divided from main room by only thin ( and really loud folding door). The sound and the smell of sewers were constantly in the room even if the door is closed.
Also there is no hooks in shower. No shower expendables.
No common space to seat and relax outside of the room.
But it does have common kitchen and food ordering service also.
But the staff is really kind and friendly even if doesn't speak English almost at all.

Take some hospitality lessons

I arrived and there was no one at the reception, had to go into another soi and wait 20 minutes until someone showed up with a sigh!!. No English so had to google translate and still it took another 15 minutes to find my booking. No hot water in the morning . why?? it was cold last night...hmmm thanks for that. waste of money and not to mention the doouble room was nothing short of health hazard.

Needs some love

This is a A$20 a night location, 10mins from the BTS line, the location is not the best. Busy main road to walk down on a slim footpath, then another smaller street with no footpath.
Staff did not seem interested, room was tired, needing paint on the walls and a good clean of the shower.
Came with tv, fridge, air con, toilet shower. The room i stayed in did not look like the pictures
