This is simply one of the best boutique hotel

It has to be one of my fav boutique hotel I have ever stayed, staff speaks really good English, rooms are spacious and very modern rustic design, very nearby to bts station, and lot of amazing cafe within walking distance.

The experience at this hotel was very positive. They upgraded my room, which was spacious and comfortable, and kept clean. The staff were friendly and professional. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary luggage storage, which is very convenient.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

surrounded by heavy traffic and noise

the photos of this hotel seem much better than the cramped house really is. the location is horrible, pedestrian access is almost impossible. long walk from the station on a narrow street with heavy traffic and no pedestrian walkway. very loud traffic noise, no sound proof windows and doors. all in all very unsatisfying, we could not sleep and changed the hotel after 1 night. no refunds, very uncooperative staff.

Loved the hotel and the service crew. I was greeted every time I walked in. The warm good morning / night was nice.
The hotel is about a 5 mins walk to the BTS and room was cleaned daily. Would visit again.

Staff was super friendly and room was super clean and classy. No complaints would 100% recommend.
