I book last minute because I had to stay one more day in Bangkok, since there was no trains to the next city the day I planed. Checkin was fine, no problems. I entered the room and everything seemed ok too - big bed, private bathroom. The problem was next morning - I told around 10 a.m. that my bus would be around 6 and I wiul checkout around 4 or 4:30 - so I ha to pay for late check out - ok, fair, no problem. I tried with my cell phone while I was having breakfast and the machine didn't charge, so I had breakfast quickly and went back to my room, and told the reception I was going to pay later. I was working (I am a digital nomad) and in about one hour 3 different people come to my room saying "checkout, get out" , in a VERY unpolite way - REMEMBER, I TOLD THE RECEPTION BEFORE. So, the third time I was told I had to go down and pay - and so I did and went for a walk. When I came back around 3:30 to pack, shower and charge my phone THERE WAS NO POWER IN THE ROOM (remember, I TOLD AND HAD ALREADY PAYED FOR THE LATE CHECK OUT BEFORE) so I HAD TO GO DOWN, COMPLAIN WITH THE RECEPTION and so they solved.
After this, they came to complain to more times about being "late" for checkout - remember, I had paid.
The wifi was not working properly either and the sink in the bathroom was not good, but these are minor problems and I usually do not complain about details, but this was such an unpleasant situation.

What stood out the most dispite the incident was the staff—they were friendly and attentive, willing to help.
The location is decent alot street food vendors nearby, which we really enjoyed. It gave us a chance to experience more local food options right outside the hotel.
The only downside is that the hotel is decent breakfast is okay for a one night stay.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable short term stay.
