Great Hotel Residence near Don Muang Airport Bangkok

Good location, easy access to Don's airport, cozy rooms, a pool, a fitness center, good service, cool air, fluid water, chance to return.

Disappointing Experience: Misleading Breakfast and Lacking Amenities

I was very disappointed with my stay at Cinnamon Hotel Bangkok. The breakfast was completely misrepresented; while the advertisement promised a five-star buffet, there was actually no buffet at all. I was only served a plain omelet with two pieces of toast. There were no other options—no cheese, fruit, or variety. Additionally, the rooms are not equipped with Smart TVs, which is a standard expectation today. This stay did not live up to the advertised experience.

Confirmed reservation suddenly not valid anymore

Hotel confirmed new arrival date via phone. When I arrived, no check in was possible. "Reservation not valid. Nothing we can do".

Cleanliness was Top Notch the staff oh my God you couldn't get a friendly or group nice helpful anything you need they're there for the manager the sweetest lady you ever talk to she cares about her job and it shows we're already planning another trip here to stay here the building's old but everything seems to work that I know of I highly recommend it

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately hotel is very old and outdated. Pictures posted seems a bit edited or just have good lighting
