Basic - Clean - Affordable - Great Staff

Stayed here for two weeks with my family while I worked nearby. This area of town is quite pricey to stay in (trendy!) so the rates at Aree Art are great compared to the places around. Important to note is that some of the go-to spots for travelers (7-Eleven, the Ari BTS station, pubs, etc.) - the fix to this is a tuk-tuk style shuttle that one of the staff will use to get you to the main spots anytime day or night.
The place is really clean and thoroughly gone over each day - a proper clean. The common spaces are immaculate and the art throughout is funky and fun (pro tip: add price tags and sell that stuff!).
My only (and very minor) gripe about the place is that there is no elevator. Fine for most folks but got to be a drag after a few days with the little ones and all their stuff.
Overall, amazing place - total gem - great staff, perfect location to access the Ari scene - and you can't argue with the price.

The place is modern and clean. We stayed there 1 night. They have free shuttle service to the nearest 7-11 ( there is also restaurants around) and just 20 bht per person to get to the bts Ari . The staff is friendly and attentive.

Quiet and residential

My daughter and I stayed here twice during visits to Bangkok. The pros are that it is cheap and incredibly clean. The ladies even fold your clothes and put them away for you! There is a kettle in your room with fresh water daily. I asked for a mug so I could make coffee and they obliged. You will need to bring your own tea or coffee however. Beds are comfortable and clean and bathroom toiletries are included.
Cons: no fridge (if that is important to you)
The location is rather convoluted to get to, but you get used to it after a couple of times. Just use Google maps. Our Uber driver had no trouble finding it. It is one mile (1.6km) from the Aree BTS station, however the hotel has two electric tuk tuks which run from 7am-10pm and they will take you to the corner by the station or the 7-11 store for free. They also have free bikes for your use.
Warning: There was only one woman who spoke English so you will have to do a bit of signing and translating! They are all super nice.I would stay here again!

Very funky place

Pros
Very clean and modern room in upscale Bangkok neighbourhood.
Cons
Bit far too walk although they take you by electric tuk tuk to BTS and 7/11. There is a few good eateries there and some street food.
Our taxi driver couldn’t find it. Make sure you have one with GPS.
Overall very lovely experience at the end of our trip.

Very nice place with lots of fantastic paintings. Room was big and staff were very friendly. It is kind of out of the way though and a bit far from the nearest BTS and the surrounding area immediately around the hotel are residential houses. The hotel does offer free tuktuk going to the nearest 7-11 and for a 20 baht fee will bring you to the nearest BTS station.
