THANN Wellness Destination was definitely one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had in Thailand.
The whole property is surrounded by nature, very peaceful, and full of birds everywhere. It really feels like escaping from the city for a while. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and I liked that guests could choose the diffuser scent in the room during check-in, which was a lovely touch.
There were also many activities to do around the resort such as candle making and archery, so it never felt boring during the stay.
Food was surprisingly very good. Dinner was delicious, and the afternoon tea was also really enjoyable.
One thing to mention though — if you are not used to traditional Thai-style decoration, the atmosphere might feel a little strange or even slightly spooky at first. There were old weaving tools, traditional symbols, ancient-style maps and decorations around the property which gave the place a very unique character.
Overall, it was a very interesting and memorable experience. A little unusual, a little mysterious, but in a good way.

My favorite getaway.
Thann Wellness Destination is incredibly close to Bangkok—less than a one-hour drive—yet every time I arrive and step into the property, I instinctively take a deep breath. There’s an immediate sense of tranquility, like my retreat has truly begun.
One detail I really love is that you can choose the scent of the amenities in your room. THANN products are well known for their quality, and their aromatherapeutic fragrances add so much to the overall experience.
The resort is very quiet, surrounded by lush greenery, with beautiful suites throughout. You can rest comfortably in almost every corner of the property. Everything feels natural and grounding—you genuinely feel like you are truly resting.
For those who enjoy wellness activities, there’s plenty to choose from: personal trainers, yoga classes, and more. The gym is fully equipped and very well maintained.
They also have an onsen bath with three different temperatures—hot, warm, and cold—which is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend following it with a massage. The THANN therapists are the best I’ve ever experienced. Even when I visit their spa shops in Bangkok, the quality is always consistent. I prefer deep pressure, and they always get it exactly right.
The food is outstanding—high-quality ingredients, satisfying portions, and every meal feels nourishing. You can enjoy beautifully cooked lobster and river prawns, prepared with great care. Afternoon tea on the first day is always a highlight and never disappoints.

My stay at THANN Wellness Destination Resort was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet location, it’s the perfect place to escape the chaos and truly recharge. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was a highlight—every meal felt like fine dining. With a variety of wellness activities and serene surroundings, THANN offers the ideal blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed in both body and soul.

นับว่าเป็นความทรงจำอันยอดเยี่ยม กับบริการต่างๆที่ได้รับซึ่งเต็มเปี่ยมด้วยมิตรไมตรีและความโอบอ้อม
พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกท่านนอบน้อมเป็นกันเองรักและใส่ใจในงานบริการยิ้มแย้มอัธยาศัยดีพร้อมดูแลใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียดแบบมืออาชีพ ต้องที่นี่จริงๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสเดินทางมาจังหวัดอยุธยา ต้องมาพักที่นี่อีกอย่างแน่นอนครับ

Full retreat with excellent service , not far from Bangkok
One of the best Spa & wellness resorts we have ever been to.
Only one hour drive from Bangkok and we are in a whole different atmosphere. A quiet place near the river , stunning view , excellent food , service , room & amenities , not to mention world class spa.
The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. We enjoyed every meal and all the menus.
The scooter ride & water-bike are not to be missed. Will surely go back.
