Total Relaxation

If you are looking to disconnect from work, the daily grind, and the noise of the world, this is the place. Koh Mak is one of the last islands in Thailand that hasn't been over-commercialized, and this resort captures that spirit perfectly. Don’t expect a 5-star "all-inclusive" mega-resort; instead, expect a very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful sanctuary. With only 20 bungalows, the beach is never crowded. The staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling. Pro tip: If you book directly through their website, breakfast is included for free! It’s not "luxury," but it’s high-quality, honest, and offered at a very good price.

No frills Paradise

If you want paradise, this is your place, however, if you are looking for something a little more luxurious, this is probably a little less boujee for you.
We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the resort was. Direct access to pristine sand and the most amazing crystal clear waters.
The staff were incredibly helpful and very accommodating.
The food was good, albeit, we found it difficult earing there more than two nights as it was a little bit samey. Ice cold beer, which is always a winner and some cocktails, tasty, albeit very improvised.
There is a pool, however, located away from the beach which was my only negative amd the air in the rooms was not the best, so can get incredibly warm.
We would definitely visit this resort again.

Top place definitely go back

They are spacious rooms clean and a nice bathroom with toilet the location is super you walk right onto the beach. Staff nice and caring. We always went to drink cocktails and eat at small beach tent left of the resort see photos the BQ is recommended also the cocktails are delicious .

A Truly Memorable Island Experience

This was my second time visiting this island, and it made me want to come back again. The place is absolutely amazing peaceful, quiet, and the perfect destination if you're looking to relax and enjoy nature. You can truly feel the tranquility the moment you arrive. The owner was incredibly approachable and accommodating, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable island getaway!

Back to Whitesand

We had a wonderful stay at White Sand. We were there in the rainy season and could still enjoy the island to the fullest. There is a wide range of extra free sports facilities, such as tennis or a super modern gym.
The kitchen, which was already good, has improved again compared to my last stay.
From the terrace and the beach you can enjoy the sunset every evening.
I will definitely come back and could also imagine living there for a longer time:)
