charming hotel

I appreciated the wonderfully soft mattress and the strong water pressure in the shower. :) All contributing to a thoroughly fun and memorable experience at this charming hotel.

Review of My Stay
I am very disappointed with the room and the breakfast at this accommodation. We spent a considerable amount of time searching for a place to stay in Amphawa and finally decided on this one. We had seen reviews on TT, which further boosted our confidence.
The staff were all lovely and provided a warm welcome. I also really liked the location—it was peaceful and clean.
Here are the specific points of feedback:
Detailed Feedback
* Room:
* The room was spacious with a good view. The furniture was old but in good condition.
* The bed was unusually low.
* I found hair on the duvet cover.
* The bedsheets was rough and scratchy; sleeping felt like lying on sand. (However, after notifying housekeeping, they were changed on the following day.)
* Price and Amenities:
The price was not cheap at 1,500 THB per night, yet the room doesn't have a basic amenities such as coffee, tea, or even an electric kettle.
* Bathroom:
The bathroom was very poor. The ventilation system was ineffective.
* There is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, but its design is not user-friendly. To simply take a shower, you have to step into the tub, which is significantly high off the floor and requires stepping up one large step (very dangerous) they have another type of the type of separated .
* The overall condition of the bathroom needs urgent improvement, including the ceiling (false ceiling) and rust stains.
* Breakfast:
* The full buffet breakfast is only available on the weekend.
* On weekdays, when there are fewer guests, they offer a limited à la carte selection, which was very ordinary.

In general if you pay less than 2,000B I’d like to recommend because facilities are quite great, however, washroom is not that impressive. It’s more like motel looking.

Resort with a waterfront atmosphere Good service staff at every point. Average rooms.

It is a waterfront resort. There are many rooms. Divide it into later parts. Suitable for meetings or seminars. This hotel is pet friendly. There is an additional fee of 500 baht per dog to stay. The zone where dogs can stay is a little far. Staying in the Deluxe Canal zone costs 1500 baht per room, including breakfast. When I first came, I was shocked. Because the wooden sofa on the balcony was raised. Then the cushion was placed over the chair in the room. The bed is soft and comfortable. The furniture inside is a little old. The bathroom is very good and has a jacuzzi tub. Clearly separated shower zone
In the morning there is offering alms to monks by boat. There are alms giving sets for sale for 100 baht each. Breakfast is mostly Thai food. The taste is okay. There aren't many food lines. Most importantly, the service staff are very good at every point.

Room and balcony was very spacious but facilities feel a bit old, e.g. A/C very noisy, shower head plugged. Breakfast has not offered much variety. Very good was the free cart service for internal transportation
