We just love it here!

We once again brought our group to stay at Monn Phu Phrai, during our stay and work in Thailand and we once again were amazed by the service and the friendly management and staff! It feels like family and is an amazing place to stay, outside of the city, but not too far out! The gardens are amazing! And the pool is fantastic!

Not at all satisfied

I was not at all satisfied with this hotel.
The staff was very unfriendly.
I had to move rooms several times upon arrival because something in the room was not working.
I certainly will not go back there.

Room a bit simple

Very, very remote. The room was clean and there was everything necessary but very simple. The bed was extremely hard (as is often the case in the Far East). The breakfast was very good, as was the barbecue dinner. Drink prices were higher than usual in Thailand. The owner speaks a little German.

Spend the night in nature

Very nice facility, unfortunately with very small rooms but the bathroom was much bigger. Various bugs and ants crawled around the room and even out of the TV and various cracks. Here you first have to spray the room and then remove dead animals before you go to sleep with the geckos. The pool is small but very nice and the restaurant is very rustic and good

Middle of nowhere

Nothing wrong with this hotel but we were brought here for one night during our tour in North Thailand and for us it was a waist of time. I don't understand why Berge und Meer include this hotel in the tour because there is so much to do and see in Chiang Mai and all you can do here is to eat and drink in the hotel as it's over 30 kilometers away from the city. Perhaps it's OK for people who have a longer stay in the North of Thailand and would like to relax but we would have prefered to have been in the center of Chiang Mai for two days.
