The staff was nice but our ac wouldn’t go below 80 degrees and they didn’t help out with that… I also found out that Krabi as a whole is having a water shortage so our hotel did run out of water for a while. We couldn’t shower or use the bathroom lol but the view was great and it was a good location to stay away from the loud crowds but still close enough to walk to them

On arrival there was no one at the front desk. When checking in, the front desk staff member was not very friendly and did not really explain anything about amenities or what floor my room was on.
In the bedroom, there were multiple hairs found on the sheets and the sheets themselves were stained as well as a tea colour rather than the white they originally were. The bed was like a rock. The shower flooded every time I had a shower and there was like a mini foot bath whilst having the shower because of how slow the shower area was emptying.

Location was great. Room was clean. Views from the rooftop pool are stunning. There was no hot water upon arrival but the staff took care of it right away. The AC unit rattled and couldn’t be fixed. I had a very noisy neighbor that blasted music all hours of the day and night. I complained to the front desk and they said they would call the room making the noise. The music would stop temporarily but start back up an hour later. I feel the hotel could have done more to address the issue. Also, there is no daily cleaning of your room. Because of that, I couldn't give a 4 star.

Really great room and view, good location. Loved the pool. Would have been great to have extra clean towels as we stayed 3 nights. But asides from that, really liked it

Loved my room, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the backdrop (surrounding fauna and flora) was absolutely stunning. The staff wernt as friendly or accommodating as my other accommodations.
