Our stay at the Hotel Scheuble was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is clean and modern and located in the heart of Old Town Zürich. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

I had a really nice solo stay here. It’s in a great area and the room is clean with everything I needed. I read some reviews about the rooms being warm but I stayed during a heatwave and did not find the room too warm at all despite not having AC (I had been worried about this). The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The parking is practically impossible, and they force you to use a tiny car elevator that feels like you could easily damage an expensive vehicle. The room was disgusting: exposed pipes covered in mold, a bathtub full of mold, a filthy window, and a strong smell of urine. There was also no AC, and the room was extremely hot. It was so disgusting and uncomfortable that I had to book another hotel that same night. Worst of all, they refused to refund my money. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very nice stay. Close to old town centre without being loud. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast! Would stay again.

Great Spot in the heart of Zurich!

This hotel was a wonderful choice for our stay in Zurich. The rooms were spotless, the staff attentive and welcoming, and the location truly fantastic. We were able to walk almost everywhere—Old Town, Bahnhofstrasse, Grossmünster, Fraumünster, the Art Museum, and more.
Our room felt generously sized by European standards, more comparable to an American hotel room, including the bathroom. Amenities included a Nespresso machine with pods, an in-room safe, and a thoughtfully curated pillow menu. The hotel’s variety of pillow options was a particularly nice touch, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.
Overall, the hotel was extremely comfortable and perfectly located. We would happily stay here again.
