Most helpful owner
We were three friends staying for a skiing holiday. The apartment had three bedrooms two bathrooms a large living room and was extremely comfortable and quiet. It is in an extremely convenient location for the village and a short taxi ride away from the ski lifts. What made it especially outstanding was the helpfulness of the owner. One of our party forgot his phone and glasses and the owner volunteered to come to the train station to bring the missing items. An extremely friendly and helpful owner then I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Zermatt

Just..Wow!
I had booked their 3 bedroom apartment for us 3 couples.I was a bit vary about the quality as the price was less(by swiss standards).But I have never been more pleasantly surprised!The chalet is located about 500m from the main train station(its a bit of a steep climb at places)Its easily reachable but away from the busy streets of zermatt,which makes the location just perfect.Two rooms had french windows with balconies,one room overlooking the mountain side had a smaller gallery.All rooms were spacious,had a wash basin,clean bedsheets,clean towels for two.There were two bathrooms with toilets(not attached to any room)with good hot water and a wide living room with tv and a dining area.The best feature was the kitchen,it was so well equipped you would forget you are in a service apt.There was a stove,oven,toaster,coffee maker and eveb water heater,and every utensil you could possibly use.The chalet is owned by this very sweet and helpful couple.We stayed here two nights and really regretted not staying here longer!Zermatt itself is gorgeous and to top it,this chalet was the cherry on the cake!

Excellent value for money accommodation
Booked on booking.com for a very good price. The place is both cozy and spacious, and well-equipped. Booked a 3-bedroom for 4 people. Each room has a wash basin and balcony. There are 2 toilets; 1 with shower and 1 with shower and tub. Living room is spacious with a dining area that has a view of the surrounding mountains and the town below (the chalet is up a slope and we stayed on the 2nd floor). The kitchen has utensils, plates, cups, condiments, kettle, dishwasher, oven and fridge. The mini toblerones and shower gel infused with Swiss alpine herbs were also a nice touch provided in the bedrooms.
The chalet is slightly over 10 minutes walk away from the main station, and is very centrally located. For halal food, there is a kebab place with huge servings about 5 mins walk away. There are otherwise all types of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. In any case all types of shopping is available nearby. If you want to avoid going up stairs, walk until The Shoe Shop and take the path between it and Grampi's, and then continue right to the right of Hotel Romantica and the chalet is behind a chapel.
The owners are very nice, helpful and approachable. The only slightly inconvenient thing about this place to me is you can only pay cash, so come prepared. Or you can withdraw money somewhere in the town. Otherwise I stayed three nights here and it was my favourite accommodation in Switzerland! :)

Very cozy and well equipped chalet!!
This chalet is in walking distance from the train station and to both Gronergrat tram departure point and the cable cars to Matterhorn.. It can be a bit tricky to find it because after you leave the main Zermatt street you have to climb some rather steep alleys untill you reach the entrance. It´s not that steep actually but if youre carrying a suitcase and when the floor is covered with ICE you have to double your attenntion! The room is very spacious, it has a lovely view of the mountains and is INCREDIBLY well equipped.. with fridge, microwave, stove and every kitchen utensil you can imagine of! There was even a dishwasher! The owner was very kind and I felt very well there.. like if it was my home...I would definately stay there again..

Cosy Comfortable Chalet
This chalet is really cosy and comfortable. There are 2 beds, 1 single and 1 queen. Perfect for 3 adults. There is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, just only no oven. Location is good, just a quick 5 minute walk into the main area.
