The location is exceptional and the staff are helpful; however, unfortunately, the facilities provided are not of a high standard.

The room was clean and spacious for a family room. Check in was via text and did not see any staff. We did have breakfast which was enjoyable. Several cold options. Location was good. Would stay again

Basic hotel in Winterthur, but did the job. Small rooms and very basically furnished. Staff was very nice. Would be nice if the breakfast also offered eggs.
