Perfect stay in St. Moritz

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Steffani. The hotel is immaculate, warm, and incredibly comfortable, everything you need is thoughtfully provided. The spa was a true highlight, and the transfer service made the stay completely effortless.
Add to that breathtaking views, a delicious breakfast, and excellent coffee, and it truly felt like a perfect stay. I would return without hesitation.

St. Moritz Stay – Excellent Location & Service

The Hotel Steffani is perfectly situated in the heart of St. Moritz, offering fantastic access to shops and restaurants. We were impressed with our spacious and clean room. The service was good and friendly, and we also enjoyed the hotel’s excellent restaurant. A truly enjoyable stay!

A hotel that isn't what it used to be

We stayed at this hotel for many years, but unfortunately many things have changed over time.
The rooms are comfortable, while the bathrooms and room cleanliness leave a lot to be desired: they all have bathtubs with built-in showers, which is dangerous every time you enter and exit the bathtub. In addition, ventilation is virtually non-existent in windowless bathrooms.
As for the restaurant, (I have been here for forty years) I must say that it has suffered a marked deterioration: the food is not up to what you spend. In addition, the unprofessional waitstaff, particularly some waitresses, are not very professional.
It's a real shame, because we were very disappointed. Given that prices are not at all low, a level of service is expected to match what is paid.

The room was clean and tidy, I can’t find any finger prints on every glass, all the staffs are friendly, the breakfast was great, it was very convenient to go anywhere, I definitely introduce to all my friends and will stay again on this wonderful hotel

Spacious rooms and great location

A lovely hotel in a great location. We had a spacious room with a view of the lake and enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the Lapin Bleu restaurant
