A 5-star stay, like the hotel ⭐️⭐️‐️‐️‐️‐️
We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Capra. Upon arrival, the welcome is warm and sincere (in French in a resort where we speak German, a little detail that really made the difference): the staff is incredibly attentive, always available, with a real desire to please. You feel at home right away, almost like at home.
Special mention for breakfast, simply incredible: high quality products, à la carte with a varied choice, fresh and greedy, a real moment of pleasure to start the day well.
The general atmosphere of the hotel is cool, casual and elegant at the same time. It feels really good, without any pressure, in a refined but never sleek setting. Everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of guests.
A little extra at the time of departure, where we are given a small bag with water, fruit and brownie for the road, a little extra that really makes the difference ☺️
A hotel that I recommend with my eyes closed and to which we will return without hesitation during a next visit to Saas-Fee.

Never again!
"The Capra" is an alleged five-star hotel. Some points seem to justify this qualification: Beautiful decor, breakfast (which is served à la carte), very nice wellness area, personal escort to the room upon arrival, turndown service in the evening. All of this is ruined by staff who lack both German language skills (Saas-Fee is in German-speaking Switzerland!) and competence. The staff doesn't even understand a coffee order in German: And this is supposed to have 5 stars??? The standard room is so small that there is hardly any room for a suitcase. The bath mat that was laid out in the evening had a stranger's clump of hair on it. And all this at a special price () per night with breakfast of almost 400 francs for one person! Price-performance ratio is catastrophic! This establishment would actually be good for Saas-Fee with its "charm" of the sixties. But it fails across the board.

Fantastic hotel
We spent a fantastic week at the Capra. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail.
Our room was very comfortable and very well prepared, with impeccable service both in the morning and in the evening.
As for dining, the restaurant's cuisine is remarkable in the evening as well as for breakfast. The bar is also up to par, not to mention the spa area with indoor and outdoor bubble pools.
What makes this address rare is also the quality of its service. The team is exceptionally thoughtful and kind, offering top-notch services while remaining very accessible.
An exceptional place where we will definitely return.

Top hotel that leaves no wishes unfulfilled!
The 5 stars are more than justified. From the attentive, friendly staff to the excellent food and the very comfortable rooms with attentive room service, this hotel leaves no wishes unfulfilled. We felt very comfortable.

Our second wonderful stay in this paradise-like place
We just returned from a three-day stay at the magnificent hotel "The Capra" in Saas-Fee, and we are already looking forward to going back. What a joy it is to stay in this establishment. It starts at the parking lot where a driver comes to greet you with a smile and exceptional kindness. You no longer have to worry about your luggage; he takes care of it, and you will find it in your room. The welcome at the reception is warm, very pleasant, and especially extremely professional. The rooms are magnificent and very comfortable. The spa and the pool are splendid, calm, and have several relaxation rooms. A haven of peace! So amazing.
The restaurant offers excellent dishes for all tastes. A special thank you to Laurianne, who took care of us during these three evenings. She is lovely and especially extremely professional.
We want to thank all the staff of this hotel for their kindness, their attention towards us, and their smiles. It is a 5-star hotel with a family spirit. You feel good there. Keep it up; it is really great.
