Hostel with mountain panorama

The hostel is close to the Bustetminal/Patkplatz. Our family room was great with its own shower and toilet and the food delicious and versatile. We visited the restaurant in the morning and evening.
Our children were daily in the indoor pool and we parents in the sauna area.
The view of the mountains was beautiful.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Luckily, it was only one night!

Very minimalist rooms: no shower or toilet in the rooms, and practically no hook to hang your things, neither in the room nor in the showers, except a closet. Fortunately, lockers are available in the room.
The most problematic is the management of the reservation: I had booked a bed in a 4-bed dormitory via Booking, but when I arrived for the check-in in the morning, the receptionist, not particularly attractive, explained that they had not received anything from Booking. Only a few beds remained in dormitories of six.
She told me she was going to contact Booking to understand the origin of the problem, but I never got back. Fortunately, the difference in price was refunded.
The breakfast buffet is decent, but quite standard, with nothing homemade. For a hostel and for one night only, this remains acceptable.

low average quality price, unfortunately the food is of very low quality sometimes you do not understand what you eat. Friendly staff

Spa top rest flop

Since nothing else was open in Saas-Fee, I stayed here. I usually stay in hotels. I was very curious about what the booked price will be "provided" by the hostel. The spa was the best. The remaining services, which have to be done by yourself (pull off bed linen and bring towels to the collection point yourself, self-service breakfast buffet incl. cleaning and table cleaning) . To this day, it is unclear to me what the high room prices stand for. Just because it's Saas Fee and the prices are paid? Really a cheek. Employees are just so kind, here too, there are no corners. It's a shame the management isn't acting here.

Located right next to the bus station. Offers amazing views of the mountains. Clean, has spa(extra) and swimming pool (included). Good choice for breakfast, dinner is also available for extra 19,5 CHF. Price is OK for what you get.
