Very good restaurant

Nice establishment.
Perfect staff and service, smiling, attentive and very friendly, impeccable!
The tuna tataki is a treat. Excellent meal, well done chef.
Prices are reasonable.
To do again see you soon!

Manifest scam.

Reception by a person on the screen (probably remote). Payment in advance. Variable price depending on the customer. Very standard room, even aging and overpriced. Industrial breakfast, overpriced. Room not cleaned every day.
140 CHF for one night with breakfast and these services, I call that theft.

To be avoided

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 16 people. Half board was agreed. At check-in, there is no one physically on site, but only one person online on the screen sitting somewhere. They could not serve the agreed dinner (money was refunded). The hotel is not well maintained, everywhere artificial fragrances, which are supposed to mask the other bad smell. Partially assigned double rooms had only terry linen for 1 person. The breakfast for 20.- is absolutely not of the required quality (the fruit salad, for example, was already brownish in color). I'll never go there again.

This hotel and its operators still have a lot of room for improvement

Terrible waitress

The dishes were very good and refined, to our great misfortune, the haughty and absolutely unpleasant attitude of the waitress ruined the meal for us!!!!
Fortunately the charming lady at reception softened us with her pretty smile.
To do again but only if the waitress takes leave
