We spent a fantastic weekend at Petit Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The sauna and Haman were comfortable. I was very satisfied to have such a relax time there.

A catastrophe

A disaster, we went with a child to take a desert, I did not go to cooking school but a stick straciatella and a nut cup it seems rather simple. As a result, straciatella ice had expired three months ago. When I went to return it, the waiter didn't care and asked me what cut I had already taken, I reminded him of the nuts. Eighteen seconds later, I was getting a cup of caramel and chocolate... from the losers who don't care. Unfortunately, they have the exclusivity up there.

Worst hospitality experience

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were needlessly rude, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our order. Despite the high prices, basic courtesy like a simple "hello" or "thank you" was completely missing.
A perfect example of how *not* to treat customers.

Call for the view not the atmosphere

Cappuccino coffee tasted like drinking chocolate for some reason. We were served by a very unfriendly man the first day we called. He was unfriendly again the second time we called. There was nobody else on the premises and when I tried to get WiFi he could have easily just given me the password, but didn’t offer. Great view, clean toilets but don’t expect a welcome. I will be back pure and simply because there is nowhere else to go for a coffee. Maybe he is rude because there is nowhere else to go.

Beautiful bijou hotel with a big view

Beautiful boutique hotel .. our suite and veranda was simply gorgeous .. Very clean, and up to date in appearance. Great views over the lake. Restaurant for breakfast brought to table so felt very comfortable and safe with COVID. Delicious evening meals too. Staff were excellent - friendly but polite .. nothing was too much trouble.
You will need a car really as the hotel is high out out of the town. Also there is an activity centre with zip wires etc.. also a funicular runs up and down the mountain.
