Excellent

Excellent hotel and do not really understand why it is just 3 star. Ok w did not have a car, but everything from rooms to food, friendliness was beyond reproach. The setting and decor was quite gorgeous. Highly recommended

Perfect and precise

We stayed for one night only, room perfect clean spacious comfortable. Perfect bathroom with exposed bath and a huge shower. Polite staff always smiling and helpful. The restaurant very good. Especially very attentive to my wife's food allergies. Vast wine cellar. Given the history of the building it may seem a bit confusing but it takes little to find your way around it. Parking , which should not be underestimated very close!!!

Highly recommended hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

I stayed at Hotel Gabbani during a business trip for 2 next. The staff is sometimes one of the friendliest I have encountered during my many international trips! Chapeau - and that in Switzerland! The location is perfect central, the rooms very clean and spacious. Songs I didn't have the opportunity to try the wonderful restaurant. That looks very promising. Recommend the hotel warmly and look forward to the next visit!

Charmingly delightful

What a great discovery was this boutique style hotel! The Gabbani family seems to do it all..... A sweet little hotel on the top floors, overlooking a courtyard in the center of what was seemingly an old old convent! The courtyard is the lovely restaurant, next to the most amazing bakery. Had to have the Mont Blanc daily. Across the way is the family Salumeri and they also have a cheese shop.
Our room was super comfortable, and the bathroom was divine. My only comment is that for a junior suite, the "suite" consisted of a chair, and there was very little storage. Like no drawers.
Nonetheless, it was a delightful stay; the staff was great and the location can't be beat.

What a disappointment!!!

We had booked a Deluxe room at the Award of 220,- for 28 m2, separable beds and possibility to put an extra bed.
On arrival we have a room "Limone" corresponding to the description of the standard room at 189.00 chf for 21 m2, non-separable bed and in no case room for an extra bed.
Nouen spoke at reception who conveyed our dissatisfaction to management. The Commission refused any entry into force to review its tariff.
We will not come back, dishonesty must not pay.
