The staff were very helpful. The hotel is well-located next to the bus terminal. The restaurant is good.

Catastrophic

Catastrophic experience! We stayed one night in this hotel, and in the morning I woke up with about fifteen punctures all over my body! After looking at the sheet, there were black stains leaving no room for doubt: bed bugs! We went to the person in charge immediately, who was pretty nice at first but literally changed his behavior when he knew we were French! He went up to the room with us and dared to say to me in front of the dark spots "no but ma'am this is dirt, I see no insects, the problem comes from you"! I reiterated by showing all my bites (including one on the face) but the person in charge told us that he would not refund the night until he was brought a medical certificate attesting that these bites are indeed from bed bugs! Forced to go see a doctor, wait 2 hours , and pay 115€ per consultation to have a certificate CERTIFYING that these are bed bug bites! On returning to the hotel, the person in charge did not show up and it was the receptionist who finally reimbursed us! A shame!

Wir beziehen uns auf Ihre Bewertung auf TripAdvisor.
Wie bereits erwähnt, habe ich Sie persönlich gebeten, einen Arzt aufzusuchen, um die Angelegenheit medizinisch abzuklären. Sie legten uns daraufhin ein Arztzeugnis vor, in welchem festgehalten wurde, dass es sich möglicherweise um Bettwanzen handeln könnte.
Selbstverständlich haben wir umgehend reagiert und einen professionellen Kammerjäger mit der Überprüfung des betreffenden Zimmers beauftragt. Die gründliche Kontrolle ergab jedoch eindeutig, dass kein Befall durch Bettwanzen vorliegt.
Da sich der Verdacht somit nicht bestätigt hat, bitten wir Sie höflich, die veröffentlichten Fotos sowie Ihre Bewertung auf TripAdvisor entsprechend zu entfernen oder anzupassen.
Sollte keine Einigung möglich sein, behalten wir uns vor, rechtliche Schritte wegen rufschädigender Aussagen zu prüfen. Wir hoffen jedoch sehr auf eine einvernehmliche Lösung.

NOT family friendly

DON'T come here if you have babies!!
The owner kept harassing us throughout dinner because our 8 month old baby as babbling just a bit loud ( in low season with only 2-3 tables busy).
Even at breakfast the lady told us the baby cannot play with the spoon because it can be loud. SERIOUSLY!!??
What type of hotel is this. Also, the very old elevator is a ticking bomb to getting stuck and calling the firefighters.
I WOULD NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody. It's seriously lacking manners and class.
