Poor management

One thing before I start my story the claim they have AC and actually they have sometimes tower fan or that portable AC
I had a very bad experience with them regarding my booking, they send me a link to pay online and I did and received a payment confirmation email from their side so I started planning my vacation and some placers I booked and a flight from switzerland to Paris was non refundable anyways they called me after more than a week and told me my booking was not done I was extremely shocked and stupidly they offered me to stay in their other hotels which are in other cities which I am not interested in at all so of course I refused and they promised me to find a way for me. One week later the manager called and promised again for something few days later they offered me their “ special” appointment as they called it which belongs to the owner himself at that moment I noticed that there is a trick and I was right the apartment was not what I booked one bathroom less and as we a family of six people it was impossible to be fitted in that apartment so their generous offer was to give as our money back which was extremely rude and not professional at all because by this time this lovely town was almost all hotels are fully booked and only more expensive hotels were available and when I asked them to book me another hotel and to pay the difference they refused

Appartamento bello , incompleto , servizio pessimo e maleducato.

Appartamento bello , però riservato e pagato pernottamento per 4 persone …. E mi trovo l’appartamento predisposto per 2 . Chiamo più volte invano il servizio , che non risponde ,ed infine quando trovo l‘incaricato al servizio mi risponde in modo arrogante „ma non hai il divano ?“ … tirate voi le vostre conclusioni . Io sicuramente non ritorno più in questo albergo ….. un sevizio così carente non l’ho mai trovato e la scortesia regna sovrana . Ulteriore dettaglio ….. sanno esprimersi unicamente in inglese . Fate voi
