Would love to come back
I have been to Interlaken often with friends or, in the past, always with family. Definitely my favorite resort. A feeling like coming home.

Wonderful panoramic location
The resort is uniquely situated by the spa park with a wonderful view of the Jungfrau massif. The apartments are well-equipped, including the kitchen. The service is attentive; you can also get advice on tours and sometimes buy tickets right on-site. Transportation connections are perfect, with bus stops right in front of the building for both train stations. With the guest card, many things can be used for free or at a discount. Since prices in the restaurant are relatively high, as is generally the case in Switzerland, the daily menu offer is quite interesting.

This property felt much more like a motel than a hotel. The room was stocked with two small bars of cheap soap, and the towels were thin, rough, and scratchy. The most disappointing part was the pool experience. The hotel does not provide pool towels, and when I asked the front desk for one, I was told to either use the towels from my room or pay 9 CHF for an additional towel. Their solution was that I could simply exchange my room towel afterward.
For a hotel that markets itself as a full-service property, this felt unnecessarily cheap and inconvenient. Pool towels are a basic amenity at most hotels, and charging guests extra or expecting them to carry their room towels to and from the pool is something I would expect from a budget motel, not a hotel in Switzerland.
The hotel itself was clean enough, but the constant cost-cutting showed up in small details throughout the stay. The overall experience felt far below what the price and presentation suggested. I left feeling like I had paid hotel rates for a motel-level experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

Good hotel in the heart of Interlaken
Very good hotel! My family and I stayed in an apartment of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and complete kitchen! The view of the mountain on the balcony is beautiful!
The girl who served us at check in was very friendly and helpful...
The only bad point is not having daily cleaning, which was already used to other resorts, however, left few towels in the room ( 1 per person only ). Of course after the 2nd day we were already without dry towels. Apart from that, everything wonderful including breakfast!!

Breaskfast is good. No AC and they gave only 1 fan for a 2 bedroom apartment. No cleaning provided and cleaning is extra. For the price I paid it is felt like too pricey
