Superb hostel

We have stayed at Le Petit Baroudeur both last January and this year. As a school group we found it the perfect base for all the local amenities and activities. The cabin lift, ski shop and ski storage all just a minute away.
Catherine, our host, was outstanding and very supportive and helpful of our partie's needs.
Very hopeful we will be returning in 2027.

Excellent base in Champéry for families

Our week at the little baroudeur was a treat.
The family rooms and shared kitchen are very friendly.
We feel at home very quickly especially as the welcome is remarkable.
A big thank you to Catherine for her welcome, her breakfast home made and her little touches. The whole family loved it.

Curling trip

What a fabulous place to stay. The hostess was so welcoming and would have helped in any way possible. The place was immaculate and seemed newly refurbished. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms sound proofed. A large smart tv and lots of games to play. Clean kitchen with lots of extras. We loved it. ThNk you so much from the Ayr curlers xxxxxx

A paradise in any season

I´ ve just returned from this place where I spent a few days over my X-mas holidays! This is the place you need to be. Whether active or lazy, in winter or summer, it simply is a paradise! The accommodation is great, clean, cozy with the perfect hostess ever. You´ll be very well taken care of. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Perfect and convenient location. Come on over and see for yourself! :-D

Just what I needed

Great place, located literally 2min from the Champery train station. Very friendly welcome and the place is simple yet cosy and clean. I happened to spend the night there before the DDM Trail and it was just what I needed. Great value for money - can only recommend.
