A small corner of total relaxation

We stayed at this property and we really had a great time. The self check-in is practical and intuitive, with precise instructions that make arrival simple and stress-free.
The availability of parking and electric bicycles is a great added value, perfect for exploring the surroundings in total comfort. Alternatively, there is a bus stop nearby.
The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful balcony. Very comfortable bed!
For a family with a small child, the space adjacent to the room and the balcony were truly precious: they allowed us to put our little one to sleep and enjoy the view of the castles and a few moments of relaxation.
The common areas are well-kept and welcoming: there is a small shop with the possibility of purchasing local products and lovely gifts to take home. Coffee and tea are always available, as is a refrigerator well-stocked with drinks, ideal for improvising an aperitif at any time.
We also really appreciated the possibility of ordering takeout directly at the property: a very convenient solution when you are tired and want to have dinner without having to go out.
Breakfast is excellent, with fresh, quality products that allow you to start the day in the best way possible.
A special thanks goes to Kathy: her kindness and helpfulness are truly incomparable. For any need, she is always ready to help with a smile, making every guest feel welcomed and pampered.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Fabulous for couples

My wife and I recently stayed for a weekend trip. The location, views and quality of accomodation (linen, Dyson hairdryer, wine selection, breakfast, etc, etc) was excellent. Katiusca (the owner) made every effort to ensure that our stay was an outstanding experience. Highly recommended for couples!

Stunning views in design led rooms

If I could give 6 * I would. What made this stay of 2 nights was the host Katiusca. She could not do enough for us - she knows when to be an available host and when to give guests their privacy. She clearly is very passionate about Bellinzona and after visiting we could see why. We took all of her recommendations both for restaurants and tourist spots. The meal at the castle above The Window was lovely.
The Window itself is fantastically equipped and Katiusca catered for our breakfasts, but was very happy for us to use the communal room to cook and chill out in. This room also has a fantastic view. The bedroom and bathroom are equipped really well and Katiusca has clearly interior decorated with an eye for both quality and design. Sadly, on our first day it rained all day and therefore we spent quite a lot of time in our room that day but with ‘a window’ overlooking the town and mountains it was not a chore!
One of the main factors for us, as well as the lovely design, was the parking which was a bonus as we were on a road trip and knowing we had secure parking was great.
We cannot recommend The Window more highly. One day we will return. Thank you Katiusca for a lovely stay.

Amazing views!

I stayed for 3 nights and wish it could have been longer. Everything about the place is wonderful - especially the views from my room! Katiusca is very friendly and super helpful, making restaurant recommendations and reservations, suggestions about activities, and more. She even arranged for a special bicycle reservation. Everything about the room was high quality. I’ll be back.
