Very friendly, clean and pleasant hotel

I really liked this hotel! Great communication upfront, all my questions answered. Lovely welcome. I even got an upgrade! Bright and clean room, with silent air-conditioner, so important right now. I slept very well. The hotel is spotless and has a very friendly ambience. Pity I couldn't stay for the breakfast. But I recommend!

Centrally located.

Very nice hotel with a spacious room and bathroom. Centrally located and yet quiet. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Large and fresh selection at the breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. We will book it again on our next visit to Ticino.

Always happy to return.

Everything is great. Everything is very clean. Nice air-conditioned rooms where you feel comfortable right away. Very good selection at the breakfast buffet and everything is fresh. You can choose coffee yourself from the machine. From espresso to latte macchiato, everything is available. Very nice Brändli family and Luna team. I have known the hotel and the Brändli family for a long time and always enjoy coming back. I also really like the personal contact with the family.

Luna, quiet and attentive service.

Second stay (and likely not the last...) at the Luna. Pleasant welcome, very friendly staff. Quiet location and public transport nearby. Comfortable bedding and 10/10 for cleanliness. The breakfast was also very good.
