Annies

Very nice, hospitable and great price. Ascona is small, so only two short blocks from the lake. You do share the restroom, but is it no issue at all. Do know that it is on the 2nd floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. However, great place especially for the price!

location is the main selling point

Annie's Bed & Breakfast is a really nice place really close to the lake and the center. The landlady is really kind and make you feel comfortable.
There is a huge continental breakfast, the place is clean and comfortable.

Einmalig zentrale Lage ohne nächtliches Glockengeläut

Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage - grosses EZ - reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem Drum und Dran - aufmerksame, liebevolle Vermieterin - altehrwürdiges, fein renoviertes Haus mit Zimmer im 2. OG (kein Lift)

Una buonissima soluzione per scoprire Ascona di giorno e di notte

Soggiornando da Annie abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaporare Ascona durante il giorno e soprattutto la notte perchè è in pieno centro pedonale. Per entrare nel centro storico si può suonare all'entrata e la sbarra si abbassa. Il B&B è proprio affianco alla chiesa di Ascona. Dopo aver scaricato le valigie si può parcheggiare gratuitamente a 8 minuti a piedi (seguendo le indicazioni che vi darà Annie). Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e locali. Camere semplici ma pulite e con tutto il necessario. Bagni esterni puliti. Non c'è ascensore per chi ha problemi sulle scale. Annie è prodiga di consigli per dove cenare!

Kurztripp ins Tessin

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in Annie's B&B. Mitten in der Altstadt von Ascona in einem alten Haus hinter der Kirche. Ausserordentlich sauber, alles schien wie frisch renoviert. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so schön.
