Excellent cuisine in an idyllic small hotel.

Very idyllic small hotel in the center of Arbon. Clean, well-furnished room with a bathroom. Very nice reception, competent and friendly service, excellent food at a high level. The price-performance ratio is right. The hotel and restaurant can be recommended.

this is a gorgeous hotel ion the centre of town with tons of character. very friendly staff and the rooms are really nice, very comfortable with all you need. the restaurant is superb. the breakfast a nice highlight as well. loved it.

The location of this hotel could not have been any better for exploring Arbon over the Easter Holiday weekend. Most of the staff was gone for the holiday but the ones who were there went above and beyond, even for us non-German speakers.

Delightful charming hotel

Stayed for 3 nights, we had 3 rooms between 4 of us. Very comfortable beds. All delightful and although the views are not the best I would definitely stay here again. Spotless rooms and had everything you needed including a hairdryer. Breakfast was stunning, continental with meat and cheese as you would expect plus scrambled eggs and bacon. We had room 16 which is quietly located and you can see the lake in the distance. All the staff were perfectly charming and made us and our teenage kids very welcome. There was a charge for parking which I hadn't expected but would not put me off staying here again. Few minutes walk to the lake or harbour, 20 minutes to St Gallen train station and 1hr from Zurich airport. Overall a magical experience.

Charming and welcoming

My daughter and I stayed at the Römerhof. A beautiful and warm place, we fell under the spell and we will come back. The whole team is taking care of the guests. The meal in the beautiful restaurant was excellent.
