What makes the hotel increadible is the access for the water park. Besides that, i booked I studio but I got only a sink. No microwave or other utensils.
The room is very tight too.
For one day ok...but there is not confort at all.
Just a little thank to Gazman who was super polite and helpful.

Hotel Yes Food no Thank you

The hotel is modern and trendy. The rooms I can't judge because I attended two workshops, but the food at the REFIRT was deficient with the exception of the salad buffet.
I recommend the visitor to eat in the Migros Säntispark, there it tastes and is certainly even cheaper.

Missing information - no compensation

We had booked a night. We were not aware and did not immediately see in the booking that admission is included. At check-in no one informed us that admission to the Säntispark is included. We paid full admission to the Säntispark. Only by chance in retrospect during an exchange with colleagues who have also been to the hotel several times, we were told that admission is always included. I then wrote to the Revier Hotel and informed them that I thought it was not okay that we were not informed at check in (I even asked if there was a direct connection to the Säntispark). The answer I got was that they are sorry and it is a misunderstanding and they wish us a great next stay. We're not going to this hotel anymore.

What a Location!

What a place! A Thursday night that feels like a Saturday in Barcelona — packed to the brim, buzzing atmosphere, comedy in the bar, and in the restaurant some of the best food I’ve had in a long time.
What really stands out is the team. Everyone is smiling, full of energy — you can genuinely feel that things are working here and moving in a seriously exciting direction.
Special shoutout to the two managers, Dina and Pascal. What a young power duo — present, authentic, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Something special is happening here. And you can feel it.
