Super cozy hotel

Super nice staff who were really dedicated and helpful! Super nice room with a clear theme of a little older decor which made it stand out a bit from other hotels. Newly renovated and stylish bathroom. Clean, fresh and comfortable beds and even though you got home late it was easy to get into the hotel with code. The breakfast was really remarkable as there was incredibly good bread. We were a little disappointed with the shared kitchen that was promised as there was neither stovetop nor oven which made cooking facilities limited, but then the staff were there to help us cook in their own kitchen, kind! Simply super cozy hotel that is worth the money and that we absolutely come back to!

Avoid this hotel

Nightmare .. avoid
Complaint - I was very disappointed to get locked out of my hotel last night (lost my room key pass). To get access to my room I was offered the option to pay 200 euros for the hotel security to open my door. I am simply speechless at such poor customer service. I was left on the street at 2200 hours to find another hotel. I will raise my complaint with Booking and suggest they warn future guests of this threat. At the very least the check in desk should warn guests of this draconian measure when losing their room key. Referring impacted guests to the small print disclaimer after the event is hardly empathetic or a proactive customer experience policy.
