Fantastic location and breathtaking views

Rooms are clean, nothing special, very quiet, a bit worn down - but the fantastic view made up for it.
Location is perfect, parking 2 minutes away for a reasonable price. Mainstation 5 minutes away.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special, location also worn down. The rooftop terrace was quite neglected and a bit dirty.
The hotel seems to rely a bit too much on its great location and beautiful views. With a little more attention to detail and better maintenance, it would be perfect.

Ok , staff not flexible on breakfast , anyway we booked it but it was not really good and fresh… one of the worse ones I had in Sweden , I can not recommend this hotel to anyone really , It was Hyatt branded so I was expecting much better , some staff are ok but some they should not be on the service profession

Great hotel. Convenient with amazing views

This hotel is located very conveniently near Malmo central station, within walking distance.
Had a feel of a boutique hotel and not crowded. Rooms were generous and well thought out. Had the corner room with amazing views to the ocean. Great value and experience.

Nice and modern hotel with excellent view to the sea. In general very good facilities and helpful staff.
The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Actually a bit disappointing considering the general level of the hotel.

Don't book here

Maybe everything that you don 't want in an unnecessarily expensive hotel where you pay for everything you don 't get , unclear hotel entrance , no private parking , 5 minutes to the parking garage for 300 nights in a garage that looks like drive by shooting , impersonal service in check in , no Swedish speaking staff , horrible lobby , incredibly impersonal rooms , rooms look like you 've decorated a garage , no gym but you have to go to a shabby gym a short distance away ( so I don 't gym ) , wake up at 0630 to someone hammering and drilling , breakfast beneath all the criticism unfresh and unhealthy
I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel or even understand the purpose or who would want to stay here. Maybe one of the worse hotels I stayed in in most dimensions even the cups in the toilet is some cheap pink plastic cups - seriously? Anyone can design and create a better hotel and experience than this
