Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, many options to choose from. In general, we love to stay here every time that is possible. Great location, just some steps to the train station and bus stop. A big mall with many stores and supermarkets is placed just in front. 10/10.

Considering how often I stay at this place, the latest experience fell short of my expectations. Lobby personnel appeared stressed, you wouldn't even get a good morning when stopping by to drop the card... Bar/café staff were super kind, however.

It’s a very nice hotel next to the train station. The breakfast was included and delicious. It’s beyond my expectations especially in Europe. It’s much cheaper than Copenhagen hotels. We rather stay here and commute to Copenhagen every day next time.
