Excellent location and arrangement

Very clean; lots of room; fully stocked with kitchen stuff such as fridge/freezer; microwave; cutlery; easy check-in/out process with code; clean towels; shower gel, shampoo; very quiet and private with no need to interact with reception nor neighboring rooms; location very close to Central Station and downtown (about 12 minutes walk); ICA Maxi Supermarket and Subway restaurant few minutes walk; easy Amazon delivery to box 5 minutes away; best to use Copenhagen Airport (less than than 30 minutes by train to from airport premises directly to Central station). Just practice how to use the staircase to and from the bed area!

Dirty and not functionel

The kitchen was not clean upon arrival. The fridge, microwave, drawers, and cupboards had not been properly cleaned.
In the bathroom, the shower drain did not work, which caused flooding in the toilet area.
Additionally, the kitchen hood was not functioning. It smelled strongly of old food, and the exhaust vented directly into the room. Because of this, everything smelled unpleasant, and when cooking, the fire alarm went off even though the windows were open.
I also need to mention that I suffer from PTSD, and the fire alarm going off made me very unwell.

All good once you’re there

Stayed in a room for one night. It’s a nice, clean room for good price. Convenient location with parking nearby. Comfortable bed - though my room had a somewhat challenging climb up a ladder (my friends’ room didn’t).
There’s a kitchenette area, sofa and decent sized bathroom. Plus lots of natural light from the windows. You access via a PIN code rather than normal hotel check in.
It was quiet and it felt like they pay attention to guest safety.
The only downside really was the repeated requests for validation of passport from the automated system.

Great space and value for money.

Great value for money. The hotel has no front desk, you check in via pin code. We had a room with a very high ceiling of 4 meters. Half of the room had a sleeping area witch could be reached by stairs. Downstairs in the room was a kitchen and 2 seating areas with TV and a bathroom. Very clean and more than enough room. There is a big seating area at the entrance of the hotel where you can sit/ work and drink coffee for free.
