✨ An unforgettable 1st birthday celebration ✨

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Quality Hotel Waterfront and it was undoubtedly one of our fondest memories together. We celebrated our 1st birthday here and the hotel really exceeded all our expectations.
We were surprised with an upgrade to the Ekman suite and everything was so incredibly nicely prepared when we entered the room. It was noticeable that the staff had really put care into the details and done their best to create a special experience for us. The atmosphere, the view, the room and the whole feeling was absolutely magical.
An extra big thank you to Donja R who listened, helped us with everything and gave absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Such people really make a difference and made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
This wasn’t just a hotel stay – it was a memory we will carry with us for a long time. We will definitely come back.

Great, spacious room, lovely view of the estuary and bridge. The staff were very helpful on the front desk and at breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good.
It's easy to get trams out to Saltholmen for ferries to the islands or into the city. But there are limited choices for dinner close to the hotel - the waterside restaurant about 20 metres from the hotel entrance was fantastic.

Great help from receptionists on everything. Room keeping is abandoned!?!, steam sauna doesn’t work, dinner buffet is the same every day, but due to the fantastic receptionists will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel,

Friendly and helpful staff, both on the reception and restaurant.
Clean rom and large enough for two people.
There was no AC and the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted so we slept win 20 degrees when the temperature outside was 28 degrees.
The window opened towards the back so all we saw was overgrown weeds. Had it not been for a table fan the nights would have been sleepless.
Typical Quality/Strawberry Hotel breakfast. Nothing special about it.
There was an electric tea cattle, but after I have seen a video of some guest washing their underwear in electrical tea cattle at some (not this one) hotel, I never use the kettle at any hotel. There was also an iron - for those who always wear unwrinkle clothes.
Good size bathroom.
Good and relatively affordable parking (use Easypay).
The hotel is 15mins drive from downtown.

Great hotel

We always stay here when we visit Gothenburg by car. Good parking, good location within walking distance to tram. Very friendly staff and helpful staff.
