A few days stop in Stockholm

Our room was a bit dated but cozy. The hotel staff were very accommodating and service minded. Breakfast was very good with great variety. The price was good.
The hotel is located in the heart of Stockholm. A good starting point to experience Stockholm on foot.

Poor hygiene, small room but great location. It ur a “hotel doesnt matter” type of person, this spot is great

Poor hygiene. The first night i went to the hotel the bedsheets had body hair on them. I requested a change of sheets and they did it the next day. I came back to my hotel room the next day, the sheets were changed but still had hair in them. My friend and i slept with clothes on because we were disgusted. Other than that, the free breakfast was great, its close to the arlanda express and other bus routes. Its located in a safe, luxury area, close to museums shopping centers and more. But i wish they were hygienic.

A great 3 star hotel

The plus is its location in the Ostermalm neighborhood near the Saluhallen foodhall, minutes walk from the harbor for boat excursions and the rest of the city
The not great is the several issues with the hotel - We were welcomed by a worn-out carpet on the entrance stairs, the room we had was the classic but we got the attic room
a leaning wall which made it difficult to cover the windows for the early sunrise at 3.45am (In June).
The hardwood floor was nice but needs to sanding as it looked quite worn.
The breakfast was served until 9.30am and at 9.33am the buffet was gone though we were allowed to finish our meal.
The water pitcher in the lobby was only available a few days while we were there,

I was really impressed with the standard of cleanliness at this hotel; the room was pristine from the moment I checked in. Beyond the room, the breakfast was excellent—everything tasted fresh and there were lots of options to choose from. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and tasty stay!

I have stayed at this hotel before and would do again when I'm next in Stockholm. Convenient, cosy, clean and above all excellent customer service. The included breakfast is great. If you want a rock solid place to stay in Stockholm with great service then this is the place to be.
