A wonderful old house full of histroy, located in a farm

It is a wonderful amazing place: the house and the rooms give a full taste of old Sweden, with a lot of common spaces could be used for relax like reading or talking.
The host is a very very kind lady, full of attentions to us both in preparing genuine breakfast and aiming the best for us.
Common rooms are really interesting with a lot of furnitures arrived from the history of the family, inspiring us the taste of the old life here.
Our only recommendation is arrive/use a car because connections to Uppsala are limited to a single bus.

Definitely one of Sweden's coziest places

Our stay at Kroksta gård was the best hotel stay of my life! Incredibly beautiful accommodation with fantastic, old-fashioned decor. Our day there felt like stepping into a cozy fairy tale. Such a nice reception from Sofia, and it was obvious that this is a place where great care has been taken to ensure that the guests are comfortable. We are still so happy and relaxed after a day in this beautiful place! We are already looking forward to returning ☺️

Lovely place

Charming countryside estate with personal touch .
We were lucky to have the room with both jacuzzi , sauna and own balcony . I specially liked the old school sheets with lace , just like my childhoods visits to grandma .
You can have a lovely walk or jog in the morning surrounded by beautiful fields .
Breakfast was lovely too :)

An unforgetable stay in the contryside of Sweden

The places including the rooms, indoor areas, garden and the surrounding are picturesque, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are tidy and clean. Our family had a wonderful time in Kroksta Gard. The host, Sofia is kind, gentle and helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous and freshly prepared and is in a cosy atmosphere.

Best Romance Room in Sweden

We were given the most beautiful room in all of Sweden to stay at in Kroksta Gard. The washroom was complete with shower, jacuzzi, bidet and SAUNA!. It was a wall of windows overlooking the countryside and featured a sliding glass door that lead out onto a private balcony.
Our bedroom was beautiful and light. Everything was very clean, comfortable and pretty. Outside of our room was a large common area that had tea, coffee, cookies and hot or cold water. Our stay was quiet, peaceful and romantic.
Kroksta Gard is a short drive from noisy Uppsala and a shorter drive to Gamla Uppsala (a must see).
