Worst customer service

The first ever hotel that I’ve stayed in and had one of the most rudest conversation ever with a lady on the trident hotline. When complained about food the response was that this is the portion we serve so your feedback doesn’t matter. Whether you have it or not we will charge you for it. Wonderful stay for the first night. We’ve booked this place for the next three nights unfortunately. Anything can go wrong during a stay however an argumentative conversation when a guest calls is something that I have not experienced even in the recent stays at 5 star resorts.
