Lovely apartment with very friendly manager

Lovely, spacious apartment in Negombo. Short drive from the airport and various locals shops nearby as well as a supermarket 5-10 min walk away.
Apartment was very clean and came with aircon/fans. There was also a small kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge. Basil, the manager, was very hospitable and always easy to find if we had any questions. He put together a lovely breakfast and offered useful advice for our stay in Sri Lanka.
We highly recommend this accommodation, especially before or after a flight as it is located close to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great stay! Wonderful clean rooms and exceptional service!

We stayed 2 nights at JMF Apartments and was pleasantly surprised- very clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and clean fresh linen. The food was amazing! Typical Sri Lankan home cooked meals! We will definitely come again!

Absolute comfort, Value!

My wife and two daughters stayed 4 nights. Two bedroom apartment with AC and breakfast included. Great wifi and awesome staff. They let us check out quite late to catch an evening flight out. Everything is newly and tastefully renovated. I highly recommend! Best value in Negombo.

An ideal place in Negombo , Sri Lanka

We stayed at J M F Apartments during our holiday in Sri Lanka and the hotel is ideally situated very close to the center to visit the beach and as well as it is very close to all the shops, budhist tempel and churches so that it did not cost much to visit those places. It is only 15 minutes drive from the Bandaranayake International Airport. Another big plus was that we had the possibility for laundry service also. The apartment was clean and perfect with big rooms with AC and fans and in the pantry a fridge, microwave and electric kettle. But there is a restaurant at the complex so we got the chance to order. At the check in we were welcomed with a fruit drink and helped with the baggage. Highly recommend this hotel for anybody who visits Sri Lanka even for the arrival and departure days. Guaranteed a very good sleep and it was very comfortable in every way. We would definitely choose J M F Apartments for our future staying in Sri Lanka as we have experienced warm welcomes and a pleasant stay with good service.

Good value for money

I was in Sri Lanka, on a pleasure trip, as I like to travel to far destinations and enjoy hotel staying. I do travel to Sri lanka at least twice a year with my partner. We both enjoy travelling and staying in Sri Lanka.
We have been staying in an appartment hotel called J M F Apparments in Negombo, Sri Lanka. In a good location close to the city and 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The appartment has two big rooms with balconies to each room and a bathroom and pantry. A big lobby area. There is a quite big garden space to do morning activites and it was a great way to start the morning. The appartment was very comfortable in every way. Standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff and the hotel owner was great. We will certainly be staying here again!!!
