地図を確認して仏歯寺に歩いて行けると選びましたが、山の高いところにあり思っていたのと異なりました。高低差は分かりませんでした。道は狭く荷物があれば歩くなど無理でTukTukなどの利用が必須です。食事するところも周りに無く計画的に過ごす必要があります。エアコンが無く、猿が来るので窓を開けて就寝出来ずファンだけでは過ごしにくかったです。個人宅を改装されていてそれは美しい裕福な家です。

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our guesthouse is located just 1.5 km from Kandy Lake Round and can be easily accessed by TukTuk, taxi, or even on foot for those who enjoy a scenic walk.
We also wish to mention that we have clearly stated in our communication and listing that meals are available upon request. Unfortunately, due to a communication gap, we didn’t receive a reply from you regarding this offer.
Regarding air conditioning, it is also clearly noted in our listing that we do not provide AC, but all essential amenities including a fan and other comforts are available in the room.
We truly appreciate your comments and thank you for highlighting both the positives and areas of concern. We are always committed to offering the best and most comfortable stay for all our guests, and your feedback helps us improve further.

優しいご家族と清潔なお部屋で大変満足です。
列車の予約も助けていただき、本当にお世話になったにもかかわらず、最後に急ぎすぎてチップを置いてくるのを忘れました。本当に失礼いたしました。
またキャンディに行った際には必ずここに泊まらせていただきたいです。ありがとうございます。
