Excellent location

It's on a top of a hill and got some amazing views over the kandy town and lake. we went as group and had the whole place for us on that day as there were only handful of rooms at the resort. There's a common terrace and outdoor dining at night would be fun. staff were very helpful. great value for money

disappointed hotel & disappointed staff

disappointed experience. when we are checking time they gave us dulux room . the room is terrible. ugly linen . their is no water ,their is no wifi and air condition. 1 empress is the last empress. this one for the owner . if you don’t know how to do hospitality and guest house please give someone who good in to that . you guys should do maintenance. and their is lady manger tell her to dress well .if she is working in hotels as a manger.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.
While the location of the resort is undeniably beautiful, that’s where the positives end. The place was filthy—far from what you'd expect from a decent stay. What made things worse was the staff, who seemed intoxicated and unprofessional.
There weren’t even the most basic necessities available—no proper bedding, no clean washrooms, and the rooms were in terrible condition. When it rained, water literally came through the roof and soaked the bed.
This place is a disaster and completely unworthy of its location. Avoid unless you're okay with zero comfort and zero responsibility from the management.

Nous avions réservé une grande chambre, nous en avons eu une petite. Pas de drap sur le lit, propreté limite. Cependant la vue est très belle sur la ville de kandy. Petit déjeuner généreux, et personnels de l’hôtel plutôt accueillant.
