Even if you are in hurry, Don't book!

We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night & the staff was terrible. They talking very friendly untill we pay. The worst case was we ordered morning tea paying extra 750lkr cause they don't have even a kettle, tea packs in the room. So the best was they served tea in a soup cup with hair in the tea. You can see the photo i've uploaded.Also we requested formally in the booking request that we need a room to change our clothes after our function and they agreed when we check in. After that they gave a room with no door locks and it's not suitable for females. They ruined all our good moods to bad and i will never suggest this hotel to anyone
Also they don't gave TV remotes ..we asked so many times and after one hour they were like remote is missing.
No lift.. we have to lift our luggages own they don't even support. No water No toilet Papers No carpets ALL NO!!!!!!
IF YOU WANT TO RUIN THE TRIP, THIS IS THE IDEAL PLACE

Bad experience.

Very bad hotel.NO Hot water,Fungus in wall,Tv Is not working,No basic room amenities.Towel and bed sheets are out of order.Verst Hotel i ever stayed.I am recomending this place at all.Out Dated Hotel.Unlcean room .Not Getting what they published in ota

Bad customer experience Vendol Maliga edge

Very bad hotel experience that i ever had.
Bad customer service.
Very bad room condition.
Very unclean atmosphere
No any facilities, TV and Ac is not working.
I m not recommend any one for this hotel since they have distroyed our trip. This is not a hotel .

very dirty . good location

Very good location.
no elevator for 3 floors.
very dirty rooms and bathroom. Although the staff tried to help. but They themselves accepted dirt. If you are with family, do not go to this hotel. For some reasons, this hotel is suitable for singles

The most disgusting experience! Poor and ill-mannered staff , please don't visit!

The most disappointing experience we have ever had.They ruined our good mood during the check-in itself.
As soon as we arrived, we saw one vacant slot to park our car and we parked there without causing any disturbance to the hotel but after our check in and the payment, they said that they cannot let us park our car there. As we had already checked in we could not leave either. The staff is neither well-mannered nor well-dressed and does not look like a hotel staff at all.
After entering the room, we recognized that there was not even a bottle of water for us. So we asked them for some water which we had to pay extra for.
The worst is that the bedsheets and the towels were dirty, did not even feel like touching it. Our stay at Vendol was the worst stay at a hotel.I requested for new bedsheets and they once again got me dirty ones.
Cheap staff and disgusting hotel! Go to hell instead of looting money from people if you cannot even provide the basic necessities.
Never going back and never even will buy Vendol products either
