The best stay in Kandy
I booked this place as a local Doctor recommended it to me. I was very impressed with the hotel very clean and excellent service.there are 2 restaurants one serving western and local food brilliant. Then on the ground floor the cafe serving mouth watering local delicacies.whats extraordinary about this place everything you possibly want is available. A supermarket, chemist a pub and another restaurant
I stayed there for a few days touring Kandy and the districts and was so impressed that I came back for a few days more in total of 10 days. Their prices were very reasonable and I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is going to Kandy forget the boutique and 5 star hotels this is my pick for a wonderful stay in Kandy.

Bad food
The food is very unpleasant. A big waste of money. They don't replenish the food that is left over. We came home hungry after paying Rs:30000. We won't even tell anyone we know to go again.

Shame on your service
I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. While the reservation process was smooth, the issues I encountered during my stay were far from acceptable.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning, automatically setting to 28°C. I reported this to the reception, but the proposed solution was to address the issue in the middle of the night, which I declined as it was already past 10 PM. Additionally, the fan in the room was excessively noisy, creating a disturbing sound, and the television had a significant mark in the middle of the screen, rendering it unusable. Does not work at all.
I also inquired about room service at check-in and was assured that it was available. However, I later found out that food and beverage services were not provided after 10 PM, a fact that was not communicated to me. Consequently, I had to order food from outside the hotel, which was highly inconvenient.
Further complicating my stay, the room telephone was non-functional when I tried to request plates and cutlery. I had to visit the reception in person to request these items. The staff member there informed me that plates were not available after 10 PM, as they were managed by the F&B department, and he kindly offered me his personal plate.
On my check-out day, I requested that the reception inform the manager about these issues, but I received no follow-up. I had to go back to the reception to speak with Senarath, the F&B Manager. Despite detailing my problems, his response was to offer a 10% discount, amounting to a deduction of 800 rupees, which felt inadequate given the extent of the issues. Senarath also claimed that he had checked the room and found everything to be in perfect condition, which was untrue as I was present in the room until our final interaction.
I understand that malfunctions can occur, but the lack of proper service and the subsequent dishonesty were unacceptable. I urge you to investigate these matters and address the issues with your staff to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Very basic service . But that’s what you get when you get room at low a rate . Which was great . And it was clean .Didn’t Have coffee sachets . The restaurant didn’t and the super market was closed hence the rating . No one wanted to make and effort to sort it out

Hardly found a decent place for stay and meals.The location has a convenient store, restaurant and affordable accommodation. Decent vicinity and conveniently located for travel.
