Great quiet stay and nice views!

I had a lovely stay at Sharon Inn. My room was on the top floor and had a balcony with great views, very quiet and comfortable. Everything worked fine except for the WiFi, but I guess that's Sri Lanka in general. The owner was kind and accommodating, the last day he even sang and played the guitar for me, one of my favourite songs from the Beatles, and he has a lovely voice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for some peace, away from the hectic touristy area of town.
They also have a restaurant serving local dishes.

Best veg buffet

Had the most amazing vegetarian buffet with internal and external dining. The host even played the guitar and sang for us with a sore throat. Good amazing and staff lovely. Thanks again ☺️

Amazing dinner

Amazing place for having dinner!
We ate a super delicious meal, containing soup, rice, and various vegetable/fruit curries, with explanation what we eat, and super sweet bananas and watermelon for desert. It is not expensive and the level of spiciness is low, so it is suitable for all european/western tourist. The owner speaks very good English and loves to enteract with guests. He also played the guitar to make the atmosphere even more magical. Thank you! Greetings from Slovenia

Brilliant Service

I had a very pleasant stay at Sharon Inn. The hotel is well located, with panoramic views over Kandy from the rooftop. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and professional. The traditional Sri Lankan dinner was excellent - authentic, and well prepared. A truly peaceful and well managed place that offers great value for money.
