Fine stay

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly friendly. The room was very nice and the bed, although a bit on the firm side, was very spacious. There was also a lovely balcony. All in all, a very good stay.

Very good stay!

Great little hotel good value for money.
Great contact with the owner who contact us directly through Whatsap.
The room is comfortable and simple; perfect for one night.
On foot we are 10 minutes from the temple and the lake.
Breakfast is great with lake views.
By necessarily easy to find; the location is not indicated just on Google but with the info of the owner you can easily locate!
Everyone was at the breakfast, it was very nice!

Very good place to stay, we would come back

Nice location up a quiet hill in busy Kandy with a good view. Within 10 minutes you are in the centre after a short walk around the lake. The modern room is spacious with silent A/C. The host was very kind and helpful. On the front of the house there were many flowers, which gave a good atmosphere. Parking space for tuktuk available.
20 min before showering you need to turn on the heater. In the morning the water didn't really get hot after 20 minutes. After we told them, they told us they told us they would have a look at it.

Great place - totally recommended

We have stayed 1 night in Kandy and Tehan, our host, made our stay. We arrived late and he offered to prepare us a meal. We accepted and it was really good. He asked what we wanted to eat since these were the first days in Sri Lanka Tehan prepared 3 dishes so we could try Sri Lanka cuisine. These were great.
Next morning the breakfast was also very good and served with fruits from backyard.
The view is amazing and rooms are really comfortable. The house is located on the top of the hill but accessible by car or tuk tuk. This was the best guest house we found during our 10 nights in Sri Lanka. I'll recommend this place to everyone staying in Kandy.

Unforgettable Views

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful location. As soon as we stepped into this little gem we wanted to stay more than 2 days but our itinerary in Sri Lanka was too tight to extend it.
This place was build on a rock, and you can see exposed rock inside the house which is very unique & beautiful.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Communal kitchen was open 24/7 where you can warm your takeaway food, make tea/coffee etc.
View is amazing, word cannot explain it till you must see it!
Host was very nice & friendly. They helped us to make our itinerary while we were in Kandy, and also they dropped us to the Kandy station.
