Great place

We stayed here for 4 nights in November and the hotel was good and the room was spacious. The shower is great but it takes a while for the hot water to come on. The restaurant was a short walk away in the sister hotel and the food was plentyful and good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Dishonorable management

On the day of my scheduled arrival, management messaged to say they were moving me to a different hotel. Because I had no idea what the rooms in the new hotel were like, I made other arrangements and asked the hotel (and Agoda) to cancel my booking.
Agoda said they would refund me only if the hotel agreed. Because the hotel refused to refund, I was forced to seek remediation through my credit card company, which was successful.

Clean and Great View

Really clean rooms and this what I usually care about. Good view, you can open the balcony and enjoy the view.You can see some Monkey, but the are so funny because they are thief they might stole your items hhhh.Tow bad points about the place is that the services is bad and the cost is not reasonable.

Average accommodation but good location

My hubby and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location of the villa is great! It is within walking distance to the lake, tooth temple and udawattakele. The service, whilst everyone was very friendly, they struggled to speak English which made it difficult to get recommendations and advise. Our room was very basic, however we had a broken aircon that leaked onto our bed. Fortunately it was fixed on the day we reported it. Our tea cups weren't proper cleaned which was very disappointing. We booked through booking.com, be aware of the tax charges as it was a lot more than what we had planned for. Our room was garden facing and looked directly onto the restaurant which was rather awkward. We booked our initial airport transfer through the hotel but when booking transport to get to Mirissa we were quoted an exorbitant amount. Which made us think that our initial airport transfers was a rip off.

Nice location bad service

Good location just past the Kandy viewpoint. Easy to get around. Service was poor, we had the aircon dripping on our pillows and had to follow up with the manager for quotes for transport which ended up being a massive rip-off.
