Clean and friendly service

We stayed 5days got family room and deluxe room.Super clean and friendly staff.planned to stay 3days but extended to 5. Good food to reasonable price too.

MAJOR PRIVACY DANGER - SOMEONE IS WATCHING IN ROOM 504

I am writing this to warn all travellers, especially families and women, about a very scary experience at this hotel. We stayed in Room 504 and discovered a serious privacy problem that the hotel refused to fix.
1. The Spy Hole: The room has a glass wall. This glass was covered with a blurred (frosted) sticker so no one could see inside. However, we found that someone had purposely torn a piece of the sticker off. This created a clear "spy hole" right through the glass.
2. Where it leads: We checked where the hole leads. It connects directly to the hotel’s internal store room. This means any staff member or person in the store room can stand there and watch everything happening inside our room. This is a complete violation of our privacy and safety.
3. No help from Staff: When we found the hole, we immediately told the hotel staff. We expected them to be shocked and move us to a new room. Instead, they did not care at all. They acted like it was not a problem. They did not apologise, they did not offer a refund, and they did not try to cover the hole.
Conclusion: It feels like the hotel is allowing people to spy on guests. Because the staff ignored our safety, I believe this is a very dangerous place to stay.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I have uploaded photos of the torn sticker and the hole in the glass as proof. Please stay somewhere else where you are safe and private.

Looks not good outside....inside fantastic stay!

I used my tried and true formula of close to town and close to station at a good price. When you pull up this place looks pretty ordinary. My room was spectacular with a lovely view. All rooms would have this view. Mine had been styled in a retro look but the room next door that was fairly modern still had a great outlook. very comfortable, well located, easy transport option and the lovely Odel mall basically next door you're in a great spot. The top level breakfast room is delightful. Western, Sri Lankan and Indian style brekkie available, all served with a smile. My stay was so comfortable and great value!

Pathetic hotel . Absolutely nothing available what advertised . Too many bugs which they call it nature , smell in the room . I refused to stay , one thing positive they refund my money .
